Biscoff  Pastry Swirls

Bite-sized Biscoff & Chocolate Swirls made with puff pastry and a little bit of spice.  Perfect lunchbox treats or party nibbles.

Unroll puff pastry & spread biscoff spread evenly across it

Add a generous sprinkle of warming spices.

Dark chocolate flakes next. These will melt and become unctuous!

Roll fairly firmly from one short end to the other.

Now you have a sausage shape, it's time to start cutting slices.

Cut into slices and lay flat on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake until golden and serve while the pastry is warm and the chocolate melted. Mmmm!
