Which type of apples? You can use large cooking apples or red or green eating apples.

Peel and chop your apple and add to a microwaveable mug.

Just a little sugar!

Add a splash of water and microwave the apple quickly to soften.

Now make the crumble topping.

Rub the crumble ingredients together with your fingertips.

Pile it high on the cooked apple!

Microwave for 2 minutes.

Serve with vegan vanilla ice cream. Oh Yeah Baby!
