Ingredients

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
water
(to thin the dressing, more if you like it thinner)

tablespoons
vegan mayo
1½
teaspoons
tomato ketchup
¼
teaspoon
dijon mustard
(English or American yellow mustard, more if you like a kick)

teaspoon
dried dill
½
teaspoon
turmeric
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
paprika

pinch
salt and black pepper
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a clean jam jar or other airtight container with a tight fitting lid.
Shake like mad to mix all the ingredients well and emulsify the dressing.
Taste to check the seasoning and consistency, adjust as you need too.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Thin the dressing with more water, not oil.
If you prefer some sweetness in your dressing, you can add a little maple syrup.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
