Ingredients
2
tablespoons
biscoff spread
(also known as Lotus spread or speculoos spread)
3
tablespoons
plain flour
(also called all-purpose flour)
1
tablespoon
milk
(I use oat milk, but use your regular milk)
1
tablespoon
chocolate chips
1
pinch
salt
Instructions
In a bowl add the flour, Biscoff spread, salt and chocolate chips.
Add the milk and mix well, before bringing together with your hands and kneading for a second or two until the cookie dough is fairly smooth.
Divide into 2 or 3 balls and flatten with the palm of your (clean) hands into cookie shapes.
Add to non-stick baking paper or a slightly oiled mesh shelf in your air fryer and bake at 180c (350f or gas mark 4 in an oven) for 8 minutes.
If you are baking them on baking paper the air won't get through the paper, so you may want to turn them to give the other side 2 or 3 minutes extra.
Leave to cool, then enjoy!
Notes
These may be baked in an air fryer or an oven. An oven bake may need a few minutes more.
These are good eaten warm, cold or wrapped around vanilla ice cream in a cookie sandwich.
