Easy vegan lunch recipes made with puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, or filo pastry.

My husband loves that halloumi borek, while my son loves making the cheese and pesto swirls himself. If I had to choose, it would be the Biscoff & chocolate swirls. Mmmm!

Save time making these recipes by using ready-rolled pastry, but make sure it's vegan. Most of them are except for the 'all butter' type.
