Easy vegan wraps, burritos, quesadillas and tacos to perk up your lunches.
It's all about how you fold that flour tortilla (or corn tortilla)!
- Lunch wrap - wrap a tortilla filled with a gorgeous filling for a lunch wrap
- Burrito - add rice, beans and cheese, then grill the wrap for a burrito
- Tacos - fold the wrap in half over a filling and grill or oven-bake them for tacos
- Quesadillas - spread filling and cheese between two flour tortillas and fry in a dry pan, toss, then crisp the other side, then cut into triangles to serve a quesadilla
